It was a total clinic and TJ was completely outclassed by a guy who hadn't fought in what, 2-3 years?

I wouldn't exactly characterize a razor thin split decision win as a clinic or completely outclassing your opponent.

Thanks for the links. That striking one really tells the story, doesn't it? But, reading how defense on its own does not seem like it should be scored better than offensive aggression, it does seem a bit like the decision should've gone for TJ. Almost identical in strikes and he made way more effort to be aggressive.

He still only has himself to blame for the awful gameplan, though.
