If they didn’t support him, when they needed money they would have sold Frenkie, Dest, Araujo, Fati, Pedri, etc.

He’s such a loser lol. And everyone saw this coming except Bart. His Valencia tenure was such a disaster I was surprised he even got work at a top level again much less made it to this point. He’s an Everton guy so I’d hate him anyway but seriously. What a loser.
Might be the charitable reading, but I'm just taking those comments as acknowledging that he might be sacked soon/immediately, not complaining about transfers or something.

He also made a comment recently about how he saved the club or some such. I think he did mean it that way.

I actually think Bart did see it coming. I just think he wasn't sure who else he could get given the financial restrictions

Who takes the Barca job at this point. Obviously, the team has the history pull but it no longer has the Messi pull and the money just isn't there.

Important win for United but it wasn't a good performance, de Gea kept them in the game. Looked like they were trying to play 4-3-3 in the first half with Pogba and Bruno high and a massive space to McTom as a 6. Didn't work at all. It improved when Matic and Cavani came on. Nice subtle assist by Lingard. Dalot was awful.

Villarreal deserved at least a point. Bad giveaway by Parejo which led to United's winner.

Both their targets want it if you believe the rumours. Money is overstated at this point the worst part is done. They have their targets in the winter

Understatement of the century.

Look up the goal Soton scored vs United. Bruno got shoved off the ball exactly like the Villarreal player, no foul. Precedent has been set.

Chelsea only getting 1 shot on target with 74% possession is really pathetic. Just no where near clinical enough in the final third.

Just in context and in the construction of noting the support from his players first, I think he's definitely alluding to being sacked. But who knows.
That or he wasn't supported financially, I mean if he thinks the club is going to sack him wouldn't it have already happened?

Portuguese domestic league is such absolute rubbish, so Barca getting blown out of the water with de Jong playing a major part in the lack of anything offensively is definitely a sign of a lot of problems. It runs deeper than Koeman though, this is a club that actually wanted Garcia and de Jong LOL!

Kai Havertz has been useless lately. But it's more of a gameplan issue, like there was one through ball played through the middle behind the defence to Lukaku (he scuffed the shot). The crosses from the side were generally bad and slow to come in.

Tuchel can organize a defence but not really impressed by him offensively.

It doesn't help when most of your possession is from your defensive players because the attacking ones are all up high and don't ever drop back.

Tuchel over-reacted to Pep getting the better of him with BVB and has been too cautious for my tastes ever since. But Lukaku is also a bad fit for him and I genuinely think your offense would be more cohesive with Kai as a false 9, with whichever two of Mount / Werner / CHO / Pulisic are fit.

Still wouldn't be super high-scoring because TT errs on the side of security, but it would be better.
