I'm pretty sure every Charlotte Hornet from the 2015-16 season (last playoff appearance) is retired or out of the league. That team wasn't terribly old either.

So, don't feel bad.

Yeah besides the obvious Crosby/Ovechkin/Malkin, there's guys like Stamkos, Duchene, Seguin, Tavares and such who were on their rookie contracts.
