I don't think so. Unless they told him early before he left for practice he's probably not getting into Boston until just before gametime

guessing you see him round 1 earliest.. Bertuzzi to me has more moxie, more gumption anyways, but I would love both in the lineup.

Love this move, Sweeney all in, Bertuzzi will be q great fit on Boston's 3rd line. Let's hope that Hall is good to go for the playoffs, if so what an incredibly stacked team.

Why?

I’d love to have them back. But everything indicates this is the last hurrah. Bergeron had to contemplate retirement a while before he came back, and Krejci has already gone home and was enticed back for one more kick at the can.

Especially with Bergy, I get the feeling he and his family want to keep him in good long term health moving forward with his concussion history.

Plus, it really feels like DS is going nuclear all-in and moving forward needs that money. Doesn’t seem like they’ll be anything left for those two kinda deals.

Hopefully they’ll go out winners like Red Auerbach.

I pretty much assume they’ll retire. Would be awesome if they didn’t…

Nosek is a faceoff monster and suberb penalty killer. Very much needed in playoffs. Remember paille. Nosek stays.

I mean, is there ever going to be a time more suited to nuclear all-in? Two legendary leaders/champions at the end of their careers, a team that’s historically clicking, a Vezina goaltender.

There has to literally be a singular focus on this season. It calls for it.

Yes no specific timeline but it's very unlikely that he's back before the end of the season.

Amen. Not to mention two of them arent just assholes to play against, they’re also quality players. This deadline is/was a 420 foot home run to center by Sweeney

Bertuzzi being a UFA he’s motivated to really shine, as well. Makes the cost even more acceptable.
