Pettersson is a center so vancouver could be up a tier

Idk how Minnesota or Nashville is top-3. I'd easily put Tampa or Colorado over them.

Tampa and Colorado were both in tier 2 for RW.

Yet they own the last 3 cups…….something tells me this list doesn’t mean a whole lot or maybe those 2 teams are better balanced

Maybe there's more that goes into the overall quality of a team than exclusively their RW quality 1-3 years in the future.
