The biggest takeaway--and mainly just hopeful: the stupid hugging at the end of wins can finally stop.

Team definitely need a culture change--from the overpassing (always with the Rangers, but comes from 'oh I want my teammates to succeed!'), the gleeful instagram videos of guys goofing around (Laf is the biggest culprit of this, honestly) and just no killer instinct--hopefully Trouba can lead that charge.

After the team scores a goal, I think the goalscorer should accept a handshake from the player who had the primary assist. On an unassisted goal, one of his teammates would be permitted to say "good job" (not great job, act like you've been there before). After a win, no physical or verbal contact, but a nod in acknowledgment of the victory would be permissible. After a loss, one player should be chosen at random for a flogging. The selection will be random, not based on merit, because you win and lose as a team.
