Yup - figure the $ would be less than what Coyle's getting and Frederic took over the 3C role.

Coyle's always been underwhelming in the top 6 and you could probably get more in a deal for him with the extra year on his deal and playoff teams looking for solid bottom 6 shut down types like him.

tell my boy stan that frederic is a true difference maker for the oilers. great skater, wicked shot, plays hard every single shift, bone crushing hits all over the ice and he arrives on time for every hit. will easily put up 55 pts a year consistently.......savoie and a 1st should do it but act quickly there will be a bidding war

Oilers do not have a 25 first so has to be 26.I feel like Bruins could do better with other teams because I do not really like Oilers prospects either.

Well let’s hope the rest of the league values Coyle based on his career high 25 goals 60 points during his age 31 season and hands the Bruins a haul based on that anomaly

Yeah and even in his best season ever he finished back on the 3rd line after Geekie took the top 6 spot in the FLA series.
