So why didn't they call the high hit on Perry and not just the roughing on Frederic? Referee was standing right there looking DIRECTLY at the initial hit. From that angle looks like finishing a routine hit and Frederic is the one who decides to take escalate it further for whatever reason. You are basically making stuff up now.

Then stop making stuff up. I didn't even comment on Frederic here for a couple weeks over the holidays. I've even given him some props here recently.

You've been consistently defending this player for years now. Jumping to his defense at the sign of even the slightest criticism. I really don't get it. Even when the video evidence is clear you choose to ignore it.

If anything is insufferable it's your constant defending of this player. Why can't you just admit when he screws up?

He did get extra penalty but that was referee's stupid and wrong decision. There wasn't instigator anymore after referee took players apart. Perry was willing to go as much as Trent.
 
He's played better since being moved to center. They need to upgrade the Wahlstrom spot with an actual middle 6 guy to help that Freddy/Brazeau out.
