He's too busy being fed single grapes by his model NYC 10 of a girlfriend. And having the hardest slap shot the world has ever seen.
Great double-entendre.

Okay.My best friends are all of you guys.
(at least when I am at work and am just wasting time, so you guys and Tetris are my best friends, sometime solitaire get ranked above you, or random youtubes, but you guys rank right up there above actual work, yet sometimes not at the very top)
Laf is on line 3. Blais is with line 1. That's why.Wow....Blais on Team A....and Laffy on Team C??????? What kind of sorcery is this? They are trying so hard to keep Laffy down....Team C??
Of course these 2 scrubs have to ruin shit.
Oh okay, so that's what happened last year, all last year he was just playing where the space was on the perimeter? That makes me feel so much better now that I know that the justification...That's where the space is. He's not really going to win those down low areas until the space opens up for him to be down there and make plays.
Hate on, my brother!!How many games before he realizes Blais is barely an NHL player? How long did Hunt last in the top 6?
I guess the sarcasm didnt shine through.....Laf is on line 3. Blais is with line 1. That's why.
This is true, but it's got to be super annoying for a hart candidate to have to worry about physical contact from teammates on the first day of camp scrimmage. Guys need to use their head a little bit betterShesty is a little bit of a drama queen as well.
You're welcome... But clearly not what I said. I said he goes to that area because that's where the space is for him. Making terrible puck decisions like last year wasn't because of the area he went to.Oh okay, so that's what happened last year, all last year he was just playing where the space was on the perimeter? His terrible puck decisions last year were a byproduct of the fact he stayed on the perimeter the whole time. You can't make the type of plays that he wants to play without occasionally attacking the house and making defenses respect the fact you're actually going to go to the net or shoot. These things go hand in hand together. If you're going to stand on the boards all the time you're not really going to have a lot of lanes available to you to pass, and when you do have them it becomes incredibly easy for defenses to know what you're going to do and pick off your passes or deflect them. You're welcome... I'm sure Gallant is gonna gie the team a stern talking to about thatThis is true, but it's got to be super annoying for a hart candidate to have to worry about physical contact from teammates on the first day of camp scrimmage. Guys need to use their head a little bit better
NGMI. Bring Nils back and send this clown to Dallas.
That's perfect answer. When he dumps his current girl and gets a new one, he won't have to change his answer.
What in Gallants body of work with the Rangers would make you feel optimistic about him changing at all once the season starts? His personnel decisions are the worst I’ve ever seen. Even Quinn made better choices with his lineups.gotta love the overreaction to day 1 of training camp lines
have to keep in mind this may all change significantly by game 1 anyway so nothing to even
personally dont hate going with those lines and keeping the kid line together. assuming he roles lines at es dont see any issue. only thing id hope to see is if that line is going certain nights he leans on them when he shortens the bench to close out games or looking for a tying goal at the expense of one of the top 2 lines who may not be.
and then re the pp, personally i prefer trochek in that strome spot. its by far the least involved in the play and really doesnt play to lafs strengths at all. i dont see much benefit putting him there for him or the pp.
i would really like to see gallant set a pp2 and give them equal time, including starting them when theyre hot much like st louis did last year. id rather get laf high on the left wall where he thrived in juniors and run a pp through him, and get krav/kakko/chytil or blais and hopefully jones their own pp. if that happens and theyre getting / showing they deserve equal treatment were in a far better spot and giving the kids an opportunity to thrive rather than forcing square pegs into a round hole on pp1. let krav open up on the right hash for one timers, let kakko roam down low and in front, let jones man the top, maybe have kandre and his shot out there with him or add a dedicated net front in chytil/blais.
but regardless...its day 1 of camp ahead of an 82 game season. theres a ton to play out, were coming off a conf finals appearance with a ton of reasons to be optimistic. deep breaths
I think the team leadership will deal with that, otherwise the ahlers are going to get cut before they even get a single preseason gameI'm sure Gallant is gonna gie the team a stern talking to about that
tbh I think it's both. Coach needs to tell the players "work hard but you're on my shitlist if you injure our starting goalie"I think the team leadership will deal with that, otherwise the ahlers are going to get cut before they even get a single preseason game
Touch some, smoke some, whatever.People losing their shit about combinations on day one of training camp need to go touch some grass.
And I say that as a admittedly psychotically obsessed fan myself.
Training camp and preseason is the time to experiment with the stuff the staff was thinking about all summer.
