Treliving has not had a good first year, don't think anyone can argue against that. Reaves, Klingberg, the deadline pick ups...terrible.

Unless Boosh or Edmundson are extended, I'm not sure why we've wasted assets on them. I doubt that they are good enough to really make any difference, so it probably would have been better to do nothing at all, or even be sellers. (Though the optics on that probably wouldn't go down well in Toronto)

On the bright side, another first round exit likely leads to a catalyst for some real change... whatever that will be.

I don’t know if the Leafs could’ve done anything to guarantee a 1st round win against Boston, but I know that what they bothered doing wasn’t anywhere near enough. Talk about a wast of time and assets this season is. Matthews can hit 70 then hit the links within 2 weeks time. And we’ve got fewer picks to work with.
