There have been a lot of Carlos' in baseball, so if it is a fairly common Latin last name then yeah you stand a good chance. I mean there's only one Carlos Gonzalez in the majors but several have and currently do play in the minors.

Rasmus was the worst 3rd baseman ever then. He had serious issues with basic positioning given how often he was standing out in CF even when there was no shift.
