Hoping Price sees the commitment to winning that is now in place in the organization, and the fact that he will have the likes of Donaldson, Tulowitzki, Bautista and EE in the lineup for the foreseeable future and re-sign in the offseason. Not too many situations in MLB are going to be as good as this.

Im honestly surprised the Jays didnt make the tigers put Rajai into that deal and add a small piece.

Not sure if Rajai is what he was, now that he's in his mid 30's. But I would love to see them get a player similar to what Rajai was when he was here.

A natural outfielder who fields well and can be an impact pinch runner off the bench. As we saw 2 games ago, we're one injury away from having infielders (Valencia, Colabello) in the outfield. Also I think Carrera kinda sucks...

I hope we can nab 1 more good reliever before the deadline. Can never have enough pitching.

wasn't. he was talking about Hoffman because Blair was saying that giving up Hoffman stung for him more than Norris.

Yanks rotation is held together by duct tape and popsicle sticks.

Nah he actually wrote it on twitter and then changed it to "mechanics set off red flags for me"

Rajai's hilariously bad defensively. He makes highlight reel catches, but that's because he takes awful routes to balls and misreads things. He makes those catches because he forces himself to have to in order to make up for his own mistakes. I honestly like Carrera (who is decent as a 4th OF) and Valencia in LF more than Rajai.

We still need to keep good prospects which we still have. So no thanks

I'm feeling like a cocaine addict who needs another hit. When's the next big trade?

On paper easily top 3.

LAD, WSH & TOR.

Dodgers have strong hitting, the best pitcher in the league(Kershaw), & debatably the second best pitcher in the league (Grienke)

Nationals have the best overall pitching staff in the league, espcially if Strausburg is healthy. They had to take a guy with a sub 3 era out of their staff last season to add Scherzer(Top 5 pitcher in the league, arguably #2). Plus they have probably the second best player in the league in Harper..

Toronto easily has the best lineup when healthy, but their pitching (both rotation & starters) let us down all year. Now that dickey is picking it up, & Estrada & Buehrle have been good, with price we might have the best team in the league on paper. Easily have the best SS & arguably the best 3B & RF in the entire league.

But Kansas City, Houston, and SF are nothing to scoff at.

I didn't know that. I just knew when he was on the radio with Blair/Barker/Brady (or walker, I don't know who's who), Blair talked about being OK with giving up Norris more than Hoffman and Zaun went on about Hoffman being fine to give up because he never liked Hoffman because he had TJ before being drafted.

I have always loved Price but my concern immediately goes to whether or not he can be re-signed.

Love the look of our team right now.

Exactly. Also we have Pompey who does everything Davis can do and more reliable. Also with his confidence back up, he is starting to hit again

I thought Jays only had about $8-9million to spend this year. Price takes that or most of that salary.

We would have to trade salary for salary for any new trades. Unless AA got extra approval to take on salary.
