The two things everyone knew about the Yanks: lights out pen, mediocre rotation at best, offense being the one huge wildcard. Everything must be going right since ****ing A-Rod and Tex are leading their offense.

It's like AA made these moves to spite the Yankee's and beat them specifically .. Add Tulo to make it that much tougher on their pen, add Price to shut down Tex/A-rod for most of the game

If Price can get 3-4 starts against the Yankees and win them, that could be the difference right there

Doubront (or somebody) had to be sent to AAA or DFAed to make room for Tulo. The day before they swapped a position player (Reyes) for a pitcher (Hawkins), so it was pretty obvious a pitcher had to go to make room for Tulo. They took on 2 MLB players from Colorado and only lost 1.

It didn't mean a trade was imminent, they had to do it or Tulo didn't play.

I'd personally get rid of Loup, but he probably stays since he's a lefty. Probably Tepera goes.
