Who is this guy? That would be an absolute score of a trade for us.

Drai and Bouchard's new contracts kick in next year, as well as having to grab a right shot D and a goalie. Not sure we can fit in 10+ mill for Rantanen.
They can. 10M should be relatively easy to fit. It gets more difficult at about 14

I want Michael Diepietro from the Bruins AHL team. The guy is 25, he's never gotten a shot in the NHL, and he's been a very good AHL goalie, and was a highly touted prospect who has never been given a shot. To me, he's a gamble, but why not? How else are they ever going to find a guy, unless they start taking a few chances. This guy is 25, he was a 3rd round pick, he's never had a save percentage under .901 as a pro in the NHL. This year, he's got a .928 in the AHL. He's omly had 3 starts in the NHL, and the last one was in the 21/22 season with the Canucks. He's as good as their is in the AHL. He's the right age, he's a pending UFA. He makes 775 k a year. What would it cost to make the Bruins willing to move their AHL #1 goalie? What would they be willing to pay?

Sure, he's a long shot to be the answer this year, but, so what? It's better than doing nothing, and he is a real possibility of being a guy who just hasn't gotten his shot yet, maybe he's ready. He's only 6 feet, 200 lbs, so not a big goalie, but just because your big, doesn't mean your good either.
