I think 67% make it to the NHL (play in one game), and only 33% play in over 200 games, and most of those are the higher selected players (#33-48). We have to consider that the Jets 2nd round pick can be 64th overall. if the win the cup, and I believe no higher than 60th overall. The only players who made an impact as #64 pick, in the last 20 years, were Trocheck (2011), and Barrie (2009).

If we were to look at the Jets alone from 2011-20, 8 players were selected in the 2nd round. Only Jansen Harkins has played over 200 games, although Samberg, and Gustafsson will probably eclipse that mark soon enough. Torgersson, Lundmark, and Sutter never played an NHL game.
But it's true that the real value of a 2nd round pick is pretty low. Tanev playing last night has already exceeded the contribution of a third of all 2nd round picks.
