I have a question. Is it possible that Boomer's twitter account got hacked? It seems all over the place. This for example makes no sense:

We looking at a tremendous upgrade? i would think so

Someone told me the first one just refers to the idea that newer Rangers fans might be less willing to trade popular players than fans who have been through a bit more. It sounds weird (especially considering the rumored return) but I'd imagine that outside of HF and the blogs fans want him to stay a lot more. I don't think anyone who would hack an account to drop a fake hockey rumor would do anything more subtle than just saying it.

Martin Erat would be the funniest possible booby prize.

All the static aside, think it's Cam Atkinson. The BC connection plus Columbus putting Dubinsky and Callahan back together again.

JD/Jarmo said they wouldn't trade for a rental, but w/ Gaborik coming off the books, they are building the Blue Jackets exactly in the STL mold, w/ gritty 2-way players, opposed to top line talent. Callahan would fit that to a T.

MSL, Patches, and other players who are CONSIDERABLY better than Callahan are just ridiculous proposals. Delusion abound on this board.

Again, does not fit the profile of returning Olympian.

No. That question on the chart is very unclear. He asked someone when they became a fan and they responded 2004. Then he said that he doesn't think they will be happy.
