Impending doom without actually knowing what will happen.
 
So no confirmation on the resigning? 6.15 would be the middle ground of the numbers they were discussing last.

Yeah, plus didn't Vancouver say they would move him out of the West? Or did they say they "prefer" to move him out of the West?

Your best bet is to stick to the tried and true sources. Lawton may have connections, but he's also trying to drum up attention because he's trying to be more of a talking head for media coverage. Buyer beware.

It says that the majority here are a bunch of people who do not understand the value of a player who leads a team to be greater than the sum of its parts. You guys would make great fantasy GM's I am sure. Here's to hoping the Captain gets his money and keeps being the heart and soul of this team for years. Trade Brass, Fast and a 3rd rounder for Kesler, then buyout Richie in the summertime because they have no choice. There is something to be said for a homegrown player who loves playing here in front of this crowd, the guy deserves his money.

If a difference of 1.5mil Wil cripple this team for a decade, we have a lot more problems than that

so Falk can play everyday.. Rangers need size.. Penner would have been a better choice than Gaborik..

Last season the Rangers were at every LA Kings home game. The Kings had interest in Gaborik when he was a free agent in 2009.
