We desperately need a Monahan type on the roster, for at least a couple of seasons, to help facilitate the transition from the full on rebuild. I'd be willing to spend a pretty big premium for the right fit at this point.

I would rather finish bottom 3 than spending assets getting a guy like my Monahan and finishing 10-12.

We are stuck with the Dvorak, Armia, RHP, Dach, Newhook and Anderson and Gallagher are showing some leadership but not enough to keep the kids in line or with any kind of focus.

This summer we should sign some leadership for our bottom 2 lines.

Well if we get 1st OV and Schaffer ends up as the clear cut #1, we could sell that pick, grab Martone/Hagens/Misa instead and some real juicy extra value
