Also I agree, take your blood pressure meds because EVERY rumor monger is going to mention the Kings in EVERYTHING until the deadline passes...we haven't done anything so inside sources or not it will be nonstop chatter

I'm liking Pysyk on Buffalo, I know someone else mentioned him on here, and he'd definitely be better than Schultz.

ya time for that time machine. he was the other option from mcnabb when the kings were looking and at the time (looking at you voynov) the right side seemed solid so they went with the lefty that cost deslaurier included instead of weal/vey.

if they had gone for pysyk it would have been weal/vey + fasching according to twitter ppl after the trade.

obviously after one game, we ripped chicago off so bad in the scuder/errorhof trade.

now lets rip off phoenix and/or vancouver tmrw.

I do kinda wonder if there is any chance that bringing in Scuds was to make some of our dept D player redundant to free one of them up for trade.

Would be interesting to see us turn a 3rd liner + asset into a 2nd liner, but don't know whats available.

No qualms over giving up picks here though, they are always a gamble and we seem to have more luck turning "bad" players into success then most do turning draft picks into roster players.

fully expect to see mcbain on waivers tomorrow. sadly. he just cannot earn any amount of trust it seems and i really like him on the kings.

He has 23 goals this season too. I know he was sort of considering LA in 2012 (?) but I wonder if he'd accept a trade now. Probably the best option available outside Eriksson.

that would be the most polarizing pick up ever for fans. but garbutt is getting along in Ana and Doan is the epitome of class off the ice with what he has to say about LA. I would welcome him in a "borque style" cup push for him as long as it didn't cost any nhl roster players, kempe or any picks til 17'.

Wonder if Doan would consider moving. Would be awesome on Lecavalier's right.

I could see some appeal for Doan to come here or Anaheim, get a shot at a cup, then sign back with the yotes on July 1st given that his family would only be a 1 hour flight away. But I don't think Arizona is far enough out of a playoff spot for him to be willing to do it. 8 points out with 2 games at hand is tough, but not impossible and he's not the kind of guy to abandon his team for a shot at a career accomplishment with a rival.

I think maloney sees him as a hindrance to his ability to land matthews scoring like he has and making those young kids play above expectations (sarcasm) and will move him like vermette as a pure rental.

Yeah that's the problem. Even if the GM is willing to trade him, I don't know if Doan would just bail on them like that.
