@Miller Time Okay, here's what he said.....word for word in french.

Word for word in french, feel free to translate on your side instead of me doing it and actually taking things out of context to fit a narrative....
Great so he admitted to have NO PLAN, which was obvious all season.

I think we’re getting a bit emotional here, none of the 2C options were anything spectacular (as much as I wanted Nelson) with the price that they were worth. I would’ve loved to have sold, but I assume old man Savard and vanilla Dvorak weren’t going to fetch any 2nds. I also assume that Armia will probably get resigned in the offseason.

Maybe it's a bit much, but I'll give him until the start of next season, but I'm pretty close to calling for him to be fired.

You're going for it, or you're not.

He and the group chose to not pick and they honestly look stupid.

It's not like your team is sitting fairly well in the playoffs, but not playing well overall, so you don't want to sell because you're a playoff team, but you don't want to pay assets to get the team better because they're not playing well..

You're literally outside the playoffs and have to pass 3 teams to get that spot.
Welcome to the middle.

The heavy accumulation phase is done imo. Now is all about building with the cards you have and hope it's enough to get you a cup. Right now, the team culture and experience is more important than 3rd and 4th round picks.
I hope we have enough. I wanted one last top 5 this year. Before we push for a playoff spot with Demidov in next year. Reinbacher performance is a good news for us. We found our #2 D to play with Hutson.

Our biggest need right now is a #2C.

Very strange he wouldn’t even acquire a bottom6 NHLer

I think he wants to tank and planned to tank and doesn’t want to deviate

We had a great culture in the Koivu years and made the playoffs with some ridiculously bad lineup. It did not help at all. Unless you are 100% sure what you have is enough you should 100% keep stockpiling. I'm not knwoledgable enough to know if what we have is enough but it will be on KH if it is not. His head is now on the block.

I think we were never gonna solve our second line center now. Cause we have to have someone that's gonna be a lifer. But I at least would have loved to add one more player for a playoff run. Doesn't have to be a top guy. A O'Reilly would have been nice.
