Some of the reactions here are so histrionic it's priceless. Every single move Bergy makes is seen as the worst thing he possibly could have done. Even inconsequential depth moves cause people to freak out. Calm down.

Well Bergevin is certainly making us harder to play against, I guess. That's a nothing price for a good 4th liner.

Only problem is we have like 12 4th liners...if Bergevin could add scorers at the same rate he adds grinders we'd be set...

Solid move in isolation. A nothing price to pay, better than any of the bottom 6 wingers on the team currently.

But it doesn't actually fix any holes. It makes the team better in an area they weren't weak in.

There has to be more coming, it's impossible.
