Vrbata is more a playmaker now. He's shot release and shot arent the same anymore. Doan as 5 goals with 20 points.

He'd give us a better right handed shot on the PP and would bring more creativity/skill to our forwards.

Id be for it if say Emelin or Plekanec going back salary wise. If Plekanec it would not be all that bad. Get Doan and Vrbata in a package deal. Those two would bring more offense than Plekanec right now.

Vrbata would be a great addition to the Habs. We need secondary scoring people. He has 50 pts this season on the horrific COYOTES team.

People on here be like : If we dont land Duchene or some other elite talent, we failed

To be honest, i would grade the day just as successful if we can add 2 lesser top 6 players, instead of 1 great top 6 player.

Not really. Doan flat out sucks, both are garbage offensively but Ott at least helps on the PK and at faceoffs.
