I think Backstrom learned from Harding. The whole punching the wall incident and how they handled his MS was really bad.
Russo still won't talk about it, but I got to wonder WTF was really going on? They should have bought out Harding with their cap compliance.

Do we have any more pending UFA? I got to wonder if Guerin is willing to move someone like Benn - if he can move Benn for anything I'd say he's GM of the year.

It’s no longer a clear case of needing a scoring C IMO. Another quality D or a consistent G would be a huge addition. We can’t defend at all right now.

Just strictly from a "who would help us most" perspective, probably Hampus Lindholm or MAF.
Nanne was on with Dan yesterday and seemed to hint the Wild were after a Top 4 Defender and said he was worried casue he has heard St Louis is in on same guy and hoped he didnt end up in St Louis.
Our defense isn't as bad as our goaltending makes it look.
Our goalies currently aren't even making all the saves they should, let alone failing to even stop one or two they aren't expected to.

Don't think Guerin would be interested in giving up the pieces to get Chychrun, by the sounds of it.

Seemed too easy. And anyone knows me well enough, knows if I'm good at anything, its making everything harder than it needs to be.
It’s Chiarot who I think they’re after. And if Guerin gives up anything more than flipping McBain for him that will pretty much wrap of my view of what I hope is his short lived tenure here.
