Most players would do that and not worry about it.
No they don't
Most of the higher end guys sign 6-8 year deals over recent history
Except our guy, works out he's a genius but if he misjudges it he could cost himself 10's of millions of dollars
Most players would do that and not worry about it.
Rogers and Bell continue to do their best to use their sports media monopoly to divide the fan base.
A divide and conquer strategy. Using their weapons of slander and propaganda. They turn the fan base on themselves.
This is how they treat the "greatest fan base in the world"?
Only if we let them. Which is why fan forums like this are so important. United we stand, divided we fall.
We rise and fall as one people.
One flag, One land.
One heart, One hand.
One Nation.
Now is not the time for fun and games. To indulge in self-righteous fetishisms and personal paraphilia. To lay naked and prone at our masters feet.
Now is the time for action.
Now is the time to rise above prejudice and perfidy. Above depravity and degeneracy. Above baseness and brutality.
Now is the time to pass judgement on those who judge us.
Those who corrupt from above. Corroding the fanbase below. Spreading their toxicity across the fan base.
Like a pool of black oil oozing across the land.
We are one squad.
One tribe, one clan.
One brotherhood, one band.
We are the GREATEST fan base in the world.
We are LEAFS NATION.
Take your sports media empire and shove it up your ass Rogers and Bell.
Bell is generally the same. As for prices, when your discount expires you'll pay the same or more after switching from one to the other.Dont know where to put this but I currently have Rogers tv and internet. For the most part its fine.
I love how I can speak into the remote i.e say Netflix or Seinfeld. Also love that it has Apple TV. Prime, Netflix etc all built in.
This package costs me around $200 a month (tv, home phone and internet).
Bell is calling aggressively for the same package for only $100 a month.
Does anyone have any experince with the latest Bell set top box and their services compared to Rogers?
that's when you use the "give me a discount to comeback" card and switch backBell is generally the same. As for prices, when your discount expires you'll pay the same or more after switching from one to the other.
They won't do what you want so they're not trying to win? That sounds rather childish. If winning was a priority, then these players will take less this time around, Keefe will be fired, Dubas would have been fired for performance related reasons, and one of the core four would have been traded by now.
The lack of accountability in this organization Leafs me to believe they don't really care about winning.
It's all about the money.
Yeah, but it gets to be a hassle spending all that time on the phone. Sometimes it's better talking them into reducing your current bill.that's when you use the "give me a discount to comeback" card and switch back

Seems to be a sentiment that more than a few share....bizarre.They won't do what you want so they're not trying to win? That sounds rather childish.
Someone, many years ago, decided the website needed to look fresher and to be "easier to navigate".Not sure this is the correct forum BUT what’s up with TSN website and coverage etc. Does anyone work there? I noticed months ago their web site sucks. I really like TSN on TV but their website is brutal. To the point I only open sportsnet site. Not sure whats happening at TSN.

Yeah he misread Dubois' penalty minutes as his points. Was really hoping someone would correct him, but didn't happen.Listening to Hayes and Noodles talk about Nylander comparables the last couple days has been infuriating. Today they claim that Nylander should get around what Meier got because he had 40 goals, apparently the fact that Meier only had 66 points and Nylander had 87 is irrelevant.
Yesterday they claimed that Dubois is on the same level as Nylander and Noodles claimed that Dubois had 77 pts in 73 games which is a lie, he had 63.
Agreed. The new format looks like a blog management software which is probably easier (cheaper) for them to administrate. Not sure this is the correct forum BUT what’s up with TSN website and coverage etc. Does anyone work there? I think it is pretty clear that these guys are more about themselves than the team. This cannot be a surprise at this point. The fact that every decent trade deadline acquisition has bolted for the door as soon as they could is telling. Those players can all see what this core is about... and it is not about laying it all on the line to win.Loved the debate on free agency frenzie, Brian Hays and Mike Johnson. Fun and worth a real discussion. It was over AM next contract. I am with Hayes. Instead of AM going for as much as he can e.g. same/more percentage of the cap to be the highest paid. Stop and think about the team a bit. Have a serious conversation with your agent AM.
Johnny played in the league, and played high level much more recently than Hayes.I think it is pretty clear that these guys are more about themselves than the team. I see Mike's point, but I feel Hayes is right.
