Most of the big manufacturers used to have a distinct budget brand. That’s not nearly as true today as it was 15-20 years ago.

The passing is horrid.

This is what most of the last two months has been and I don't see how it changes with the depth up front and the lack of offensive ability on the back end. We are totally reliant on goaltending and trying to clear our crease.

Fortunately for us... it's been enough.

Why would there be a lockout? A 100m cap means HRR is doing well. Owners are making money. Why would they lock out and lose money?

Yeah, you are right. This is more of the same.

We do not play fast generally speaking. I HATE the forwards blowing the zone. I love a 5 foot pass charge up the ice kind of team. Poor passing... part of which can be attributed to all the looong passes that rarely connect. When the odd one does we still slow it down lol
