Reaves fighting someone takes 1 useful player away from the jets, and possibly injures them

That's what I'm hoping for

Please get a "Matthews' better!" chant going.

Jets fans are so cute lol

Matthews will light them up.
They scored 2 goals against Daccord and an undermanned Kraken team, followed by no goals in regulation against an undermanned Jets' team playing their backup. I can't see t him/hem lighting up Helley who does not get lit up much.

Who is the next callup from the Marlies then? Is there anyone they can recall? Otherwise Reaves it is, for now.
The only forwards they have cap space to call up right now (assuming Jarnkrok is only an IR injury and Woll can be retroactively placed on LTIR to clear a bit of cap space) are Gambrell, Abruzzese and Clifford. They can't call up anyone making more than 800k.

about these people obsessed with past managers. Jeez, move on already, and have a normal conversation without trying to make it a filing of grievances... like just drop the whole thing.
Well, that is rather redundant, I mean, by your logic you don't care about ever winning a cup in your life time ' I don't know how old you are' but us passionate Leaf fans that have watched and been a loyal fan to this team their whole lives, having not seen this team win a cup, are absolutely allowed to be pissed off and call a spade a spade.

Like in the playoffs, winning back-to-back against the same opposition is tough; they better be "on," or it'll be another Vancouver-like game.

Cheering for him to have a good bounce back game.
As long as he doesn't bounce himself off the boards again he'll be ok. If he can throw some big hits on the forecheck and keep the undermanned Jets on their toes he could be an asset. He needs to improve on his 13-2 goal differential though. Would be nice if he or Kampf got one going into the break. We need an effective 4th line our 3rd is so unreliable.

Jets board already crying about the officiating tonight. Pre-emptive excuses. I suppose Toronto is to blame for they being Winnipeg too
