I know about toughness. No argument from me about that. The point I make is that teams have to win one-on-one battles. The Rangers just kept continuously losing them. Call it toughness, tenacity, dedication. It can be described in many ways.
Edit: maybe we just roll those qualities into the equation of what makes talent. Not that talented.
