The weird thing about it was Kyle first came in and started talking like he was revolutionizing hockey. He talked about our 'program' like it was some University team. He talked about how we were going to concentrate on all levels of the programs. How we would see guys go from the ECHL, through the AHL and into the NHL. There was going to be a conveyor belt of talent just pumping through the program.
As soon as they actually had a guy, who they could use as the poster for this new wave looking at how organizations or 'programs' where going to be set up, he traded him away for f***ing Malgin.
