Tkachuk flips his blade and hits Quick in the eye after the whistle. Quick's down in pain. This is just inexcusable, this isn't hockey-related. That's just stupid and dangerous.

Half a minute later, they gave Tkachuk a penalty and a game misconduct. Tkachuk's going to really hurt someone one of these days.

I feel like that's a pretty massive stretch to say that was intentional.

Cat eye goalie masks only have a very specific spot that it's even possible to do this in and Tkachuk was behind Quick. Want to suspend him for the result? Whatever, but to say that was intentional is insane.

Edit: let me rephrase here, I don't think he intentionally got it under Quick's mask, but the action wasn't unintentional.
