Handedness is determined by eye dominance... I'm predominantly an "instinctive" shooter...the simplest definition of an instinctive shooter is no sights...it gets more complicated with various aiming techniques but if you are cross hand/eye dominant being consistently accurate is very difficult.

Some are so against switching hands that they wear a patch over their dominant eye... that's just not practical to me.

ah yes, now i remember you talked about the eye dominance thing....im right eye...and with that.....

im gonna go hit a round on the backyard course and drink a couple of beers now that the heat has subsided

ok you attention seeking people....you got your 15 minutes of fame that will change nothing.

thank you very much but i will still continue to drive my decent mileage vehicle on the backs of dead animals and plants. it's called using every raw material at hand. go f*** a tree while your at it.

(im not against climate helping... sure, the world should maybe try and 'do better' but seeing petulant shit like this is a joke)
It really breaks my heart when I see antiquities destroyed...

The level of extremism it takes to deface or destroy 1000's of year old pieces of humanity is beyond normal discourse and closer to shooting time.

I like fixed blades. I keep two in my pack. An Ezee Izula and a Buck Vanguard...but those are for the woods.

i have an old rambo style knife but i would be committed if i had it hanging on my belt walking around in public ...this aint no texas goin on here

camping sure. but i like the idea of my 433... it's illegal here.

covered under 83 .1

prohibited weapon means

  • (a) a knife that has a blade that opens automatically by gravity or centrifugal force or by hand pressure applied to a button, spring or other device in or attached to the handle of the knife

i do read the laws/bylaws of things that i intend to disobey or think might be a problem

my knife is not legal...its not mechanical (button/spring) ...its 100% on hand downward/side wrist flick..

no bueno in big brother's world.

...an aside.....

i bought my truck three years ago two seat mazda b2300 ...guy had mafia tint on the sides..95 % i love it. i keep it.

i knew right away this shit wont fly with the fuzz.... but!

read the highway trafiic act. i can get fined if pulled over.

73.3

..they can fine me sure....but ....im head of that game.... ill pay anytime the pull me over (they dont) ....but i keep my blackout.

best i can find right now is this some insurance company :

"Technically, no, the window tint laws that came into effect in July 2016 do not apply to all vehicles in Ontario. The Ontario government does have the power to enforce new laws about window tints, but they can’t force drivers to remove the tints from their vehicles.

Because of this, the laws regarding legal window tints in Ontario only affect cars that were manufactured after January 1, 2017.

So if you own or are thinking about buying a vehicle that was manufactured after January 1, 2017, you need to follow the new window tint rules Ontario has in place. In contrast, if you own a vehicle that was manufactured prior to January 1, 2017 and you already have tinted windows, the new window tint rules do not apply to your vehicle. "

i drive a mint '07....and with that,

The Esee Izula is small. It fits the front pocket of my jeans. Don't quote me but I think the total length is like 6&1/2''. The blade itself is way less than 3 inches.

i think the method is dumb, but what else are they supposed to do? it seems that record heat temperatures happen on a monthly (sometimes weekly) basis and very few people in leadership positions are sounding the alarm and enacting changes to course correct this.

at least this group gives a shit and keeps climate change in the news (albeit in a weird way). we are literally the frog in a slowly boiling pot of water, and i would never direct my anger at people trying to bring that to everyone's attention. oh no, taylor swift's jet needs cornstarch cleaned off of it. who cares?

assuming this country is still around in a couple of hundred years, i shudder to think what a school history lesson might look like (without even mentioning the political discourse, which will probably have to be taught in a separate history class to encapsulate the nonsense). we'll likely be portrayed as fat, lazy, complacent idiots and rightly so.

they're sansui S 40C i think ...but pause at 3:20 and it looks like there is an extra tweeter... so maybe a similar sansui model

this is some wild footage... i play bass very well, good timing, strong fingers.

this is so interesting to me.. notes that 'shouldnt' be there but it all works.

his playing is very much like mine.... not in style, but in philosophy

play your heart out.

start near 1:00 as the video shows the silence before the storm.....and some distant 'ghost tracks' to get us to remember what is this part of the song....where are we?

...im gonna smoke a joint which i rarely do. (pipe hits kind of guy)

3:38-3:49 the slow down part and and same riff is so good.

reminded me of a classic ...an all time best bass part... the whole song but specifically in this idea,

the first chorus the bass is the same 0:28-0:41

but. ...second chorus different. 1:10-1:25 is the genius of reid diamond...the slight pause in the play. one time. timeless.

i love this band so f***ing much...

I always thought Entwhistle did a great job on Young Man Blues. He was underrated in the pantheon of classic rock bassists for sure. Probably because he was relatively quiet and not controversial.

So after the knife conversation it reminded me that I needed to sharpen my Buck Vanguard... I went in the garage and grabbed my pack...it was at the bottom and I pulled out this stuff...

Rubber gloves, a rope and a knife...I could only imagine having to explain these items to a police officer

Two things I would like to say... But let me provide some background first: I grew up in a very, very, very Italian neighborhood in Paterson NJ. It was nearly 100% Italian people through all of the 1970's then slowly switched to over to various Latin Americans, mostly Puerto Ricans and Dominicans later in the 1980's....I lived in a two family house with my Italian grandmother and grandfather upstairs and my Great grandmother across the street. Both of my Grandmother's ran an Italian Deli right there on the same street....spoke mostly Italian in the house and to their customers...they were all Southern Italian from the Naples area....

Now for the two things I would like to say...

1. I never the heard word Gabagool until I was in my 30's... We always said Capacola

2. And not a single person I knew called their grandmother "Nonna" it was always "Hey Gram" or simply Grandma. Even the people that spoke Italian in the house...

I'm not sure where a lot these things came from that are depicted on TV....but I think it's more NY than Northern New Jersey.

But do you put provolone in your socks at night?
I do love the stuff. In the basement of my grandma deli they use to age provolone and make wine. The provolone came in giant cylinders wrapped in a fishnet style twine. They look like boxing heavy bags...they must've been 100 lbs maybe more... they use to hang them up in the basement and the oils would drip out the bottom of them while they aged....the smell of fermenting grapes and cheese in that basement was one of the most amazing memories of my childhood. I loved it.
