Time for Mo to go back to the drawing board. Team just looks stale. There's been enough of a sample of recent "meh" now to justify a change.

Wheeler's hands are slowly failing him.

Why was Ehlers on the 4th line? No good explanation for that.

Patty with a stronger game and Helly was real good so there's my positives.

No sense of urgency, no desperation. When you have a team like the Wild with losses in their last 5 playing out of your division come into your rink, you have to be able to put the dagger in their heart. Very disappointing.

Swapping Ehlers and Connor hasn't won us a game in over a month

One of Connor's strengths over Ehlers was that he was stronger along the boards and on the forecheck, lately he's looked a step behind forechecking and afraid of contact along the boards. He's doing a lot more reaching and using his body to protect the puck less.

The last 10 or so games Ehlers has looked better at playing Connor's game than Connor himself.

Even with score effects in their favor they didn't generate much... That is an awful well for Maurice to go to and he keeps going to it.

Probably the worst game of Morrissey's career.

Why do you think I barely come here anymore? The more even takes are all on Twitter now, so I spend most of my Jets carousing there. HF Jets ranks with Reddit and Facebook in terms of hyperventilating fanbases. I have nothing but respect for the people that have been here before me, and those who came during the first few years, but man, it's enough to make your teeth itch lately.

While I agree there are some overreactions here, today's game is the sort of opportunity to put distance between us and those "faltering" teams in the Central, not to drop 2 points at home against one of them.

Speed beats the trap every time -
We were slow for most of the game - picked it up a bit in the 3rd but too late.

I don't understand why the big bad trap is such a concern -
Dump it and chase it - if you're a quick team, you're forcing the D to turn and you should win the races.

We were not a quick team tonight and way too many hero's trying to carry into the zone through a wall of wild.

We were at least in the Calgary game but this Minnesota loss was a total write off because the Jets were not a threat to score at all.
