It's weird how often the puck just seems to slide out of reach or just bounces off their stick when the Sens are trying to recover it. Even when the 1st player makes a decent short pass from behind his net the guy along the boards either misses it and it slides to the point or he gets it in an awkward position and he's covered before he can advance it. It's not just today this has been happening for a long time.

It's like this every holiday season though, and you have to think a lot of people who would've posted here on saturday were at the game.

But yeah, the GDTs have been pretty quiet. What's weird is how the Melnyk threads have been extremely active. We're in the age of outrage where negativity gets more interest than anything else. :/

I agree, I just feel if we’re not going to use him much, he’d be better off playing big minutes in Belleville.
