For some reason he reminds me so much of Jethro Bodine from the Hillbillies:huh::laugh:

Every line he played on included Dach except for the rare shift. Apart from that it was a short stint with Dvo and Gally wherein he played with hussle and got 3 points in 3 game, then it was back to Dach as Laine had just come back. His first 7 games with 7 points was on the 1st line. I might have missed one odd game or two without Dach.
I guess this goes back to stat watching where people play well when they pick up points. Again, like I said before, people were noticing he was off and disengaged even WHEN he was picking up points no matter what line he was on.

Yes, he didn’t produce when he was paired with Dach, but he looked as disengaged on that line than he did on the others.

He’s back to playing intensely.

Why do we always have to rush things or never be happy? So what if Slaf is still many years away from driving his own line or if he ever does. This reminds me of the Suzuki isn't a 1C talk that used to be on this board
He is so young I'm just happy to have him , the organisation has been very clear about the plan in place with him , I think Slaf has everything around him to succeed , the fact he's already shown success at his size and age is really good for us.
