They seem to be playing D like the Patriots played the Dolphins last night. It makes a modicum amount of sense.

They with all likelyhood weren't going to stop Chubb even if they loaded the box, so play coverage deep so they can't score over the top, let them drive between the 20's, and when the field shortens in the red zone force field goals.

The TOP won't be pretty after the game, but it makes sense if they can continuously stall them in the red zone.
