No shock Ben has an instant connection with Friermuth. Fantasy nuts should be scrambling to pick 88 up. He's going to have a ton of TDs.

It's crazy the difference it makes when you have a RB that you know is going to get you positive yards instead of dancing in the backfield. Harris is 5 pounds less than Conner, but 1 inch taller. He look so much bigger than Conner.

Ebron can’t block or catch…but other than that he’s a great TE lol

He had a good block on Najee’s 6 yard run right before that, actually.

Ben looks phenomenal. We’ll see how fatigue plays into this year, but he showed arm strength, accuracy and athleticism in only 2 series.

I agree than Ebron has been below the bar. He has to be better at the point of attack and he has to catch the f***ing ball.

Ben is scrambling and pump faking. It's fun to see.

Let’s not get too excited about this preseason game…I don’t see too many Detroits on the Steelers schedule this season…

It’s not so much the scoring, Andy, it’s how Ben looks for me. He was fantastic on all 3 drives, physically. Plus the hands on Friermuth have nothing to do with who we are playing. That last TD was all hands.

deep ball was accurate. something we’ll need to see more of compared to last year

I told my daughter Pat Fryyourmouth is gonna score and he did. Then he did again.

So those are sort of my TDs if you think about it.

It's so funny because I have a chat with some buddies and I said, "It'd be nice to see Ben go to Pat here." There was never a doubt. Ben loves his TEs. Pat is going to single handedly revive this red zone offense.

I think the offensive line has done well too. Green is going to have some rough plays, but I think he is going to be a pretty good lineman. I still prefer him as a pulling LG, but he has done well at center all things considered.

Sexton should make the team and Ray Ray get cut…but it’s Tomlin so who knows

The last two drives for MR shows his limitations. Just can’t get it done in the red zone. He’s not very good

NFL Network switched from Steelers to Rams/Raiders, with Nathan Peterman starting for the Raiders, and stat showing he was 29/39 for 246 last week against the Seahawks. Just a reminder to anyone who puts any stock in preseason stats to cut it out.

This space.

Why'd you do it Andy?:biglaugh:

A middle aged woman slapping a grown man that is also a stranger because she assumes her man and other people will protect her. If your only defence is to take off your baseball hat and swat somebody with it, maybe don't assault somebody in the first place . Her husband/bf should have given her an important life lesson that day, he should have walked away and let her fight her own battles if she's going to act like an embarrassment. I bet she also hits her husband whenever there's an argument.
