I thought he died. Harrison has been involved in a lot of incidents. I remember when he was rolling through Philly and someone "randomly" shot at him.

Reggie Wayne has eluded to the fact that the guy who Harrison is after retiring is not the guy he was when they played. Wouldn't at all be shocked if Harrison has some serious CTE.

EDIT: You're right...the guy didn't die.

Ya apparently the witness and the victim had the same last name - and he ended up shooting both.

The guy who got shot in the back was the witness who the prosecutor later found not to be credible.

The victim did eventually die, but it was from another shootout.

Can't make this shit up.

But ya, that's why my memories were mixed up a little.

Penn St's offense makes Canada's seem cutting edge. I love how they rush to the line, get everyone in their stance and make them sit in their stance for 30+ seconds before snapping the ball. LOL and they wonder why their OLINE struggles and never fires off of the ball. Football 101
Lol penn state scored over 40 for the 3rd straight week and has won by 14 in 12 straight games and they aren’t even trying. It the same offense Mason ran in college Yourich is the real deal

That's what it was. I knew one of the guys died at some point. I thought he was killed from the Harrison shot.

Ohio St is going to get spanked. Love the overconfidence from the Ohio st fans.

Tomlin stubbornness in starting Dan Moore after Broderick Jones shows his stubbornness and not starting JPJ is another indictment of how terrible of a coach he is.

Forget about starting the kids and having them improve upon their already stellar performances, sit them back down and let them learn from aimless scrubs.

I almost wish the worst on this organization.

I’m trying to be patient and see what happens, but if Moore starts….

It’s such an arrogant Tomlin thing to do so probably likely.

Some beat guy was on the radio… forget which one.. he said the Steelers think it’s not their scheme or anything on O, it’s their O-line that’s the big issue.

Then they allegedly put back one of the worst LT in the league after a guy they moved up in the first round to get played lights out.

Apparently they love Moore because wait for it… “he works hard”

Can’t get anymore Tomlin than this.

Here is the thing with Moore - we drafted him in the 4th round and he had a 6th round grade on him around most publications in his draft year. He would have literally been a cut his rookie or sophomore year on most teams. He fell into the right situation in Pittsburgh because for whatever reason they don't want to give up on him and for some reason Kendrick Green and Kevin Dotson didn't have the same faith in them, because all 3 are lumped in the exact same category for me.

Can't say I disagree with much of what he said.

It feels like OLine play around the league is generally just bad also. Pretty much every game I’ve watched recently, the QBs have been running for their lives.

I just think some of these D linemen are absolutely freaks and the O linemen just haven’t really caught up yet.

For anyone who is curious:
Kevin Dotson is currently PFFs second highest rated guard in the entire NFL.
That says more about how the Steelers are using their O line compared to the strengths of each individual player…they’re trying to get some of these players to fit a square peg in a round hole….determine how the O line should block and get players who fit that scheme…if you’re stuck with good players who don’t fit the scheme, then change the scheme…this isn’t rocket science…it’s about coaching, you know, putting the players you have (not who you want to have) in the best position to succeed…

They continue to run an ineffective run zone scheme and it doesn't mater how often it doesn't work, Tomlin and Canada know best.

The players just have to play better in our shitty schemes that set them up for failure!

I'll post this again because it's so ridiculous, but look at how often the 9ers coaches help bust coverage and give Purdy easy throws, vs the Steelers O which is worst in the league at 47% perfect coverage.

It's so f***ing tiresome that Tomlin and Canada pretend it's not schematics.

and Dotson is now rated the best guard in the league

our coaches are clowns
But he's not and anyone who watches any Steelers games knows he's awful. He and Mason literally lead the Steelers offensive line in allowing QB pressure.

Jones didn't give up one pressure last week and was decent on the run. Not to mention HES GETTING BETTER.

PFF had Watt as like the 5th best linebacker when he was leading the league in all defensive categories. Those grades mean nothing

Should be exciting seeing the team take advantage of the weaknesses of the Rams after hours of scrubbing film by our cerebral coaching staff.

I expect a really good effort that demonstrates how well prepared they are for this matchup.

Sometimes I take for granted that we have Tomlin….he’s such an amazing X’s and O’s guy, as evidenced by all the in-game adjustments he makes. I always enjoy the fast starts we get off to which is evidence of the endless preparation and planning.
