No i am against trading up. We are not one player away from a championship. They need tons of depth.
We can be a playoff team next year but now matter what happens in the draft until KP makes a hugh leap they aren’t a Super Bowl threat.
A top flight CB doesn’t guarantee anything

Generally i agree BUT if the player is special its worth it and more. If you get a Troy Polamalu or a Sauce Gardner etc. if its a good not great player its probably not worth it.

Yeah, I was thinking Tennessee will probably take a quarterback. If that happens and if we do want to move up we might not have to move up that far.

Definitely not good now I think about it. Houston at 12 were meant to be one of the teams interested in skill players. Need some of those ahead of us.

I can't believe that I'm being the pessimist to your optimist, but -

There's no guarantee the pass rushers make it down either.

The draft can run

top 4 tackles
top 5 DL/ED
top 2 CBs

and still have the top 4 QBs and passing weapon go before us

and that'd suck. Porter or Banks when there's a bunch of similar players just down the draft doesn't make me happy.

We need some WRs and TEs to go. And Bijan Robinson.
