He was crossing his arms and looking at his teammate. It wasn't taunting at all. Basically just acknowledging his teammate. That was a terrible call

Regardless. What point was that move trying to make? It was completely unnecessary. Go do that **** around your buddies on the sideline if you want to celebrate. NOT in front of an official.

Honestly...he did nothing. If that is the kind of celebration you want to take out of the game then every sack or big hit comes with a flag.

We've been guilty of a few legitimate taunting calls this year and that needs to go away, but what Gay did was nothing close to taunting...or even much of a celebration at all.

Although I get tired of the excessive celebrations after every play too, that call is an absolute joke if they're holding everyone to the same standard. That was basically an official trying to have too much impact on the outcome of this game.

Exactly. So don't give him a reason to do it in the first place. If you want to celebrate do it on the sidelines.

For me it wasn't how it did it, that was benign. Its where he did it that I have a problem with.

Luckily it only cost us three points.

I'm old school. I believe in scoring a TD and handing the ball back to the ref. I was never on this whole "look at me, I just did my job" BS. But thats just me.

Lmao these things ALWAYS go against us. 1 against each team? Nah, just Pittsburgh. Gotta keep things close so the NFL doesn't lose viewers of the game! Ratings!

I was in the kitchen. Who actually started that?

There is no ****ing excuse for what Gay did. I'm seriously sick of the lack of discipline on this team.

They know the officials are like sharks in the water looking for blood and they keep chumming.

I have more of a problem what Foster did just now than what Gay did. He needed to be smarter than that and not give the Chiefs some hope with good starting field position.

I didn't see what happened there.

Great starting at the 50 with 4 mins to go.

We're in! Ratbirds are losing to Houston big time.

Guess all the Tomlin/Haley hate will have to wait another year.

And that's the clinch.

Key thing to remember...if the Chiefs go for that field goal at the end of the first half they go for it at 4th & 5 instead of kicking the field goal and hoping for an onside kick. It was an awful call when it happened, and it could have cost the Chiefs the game (they'd still have needed a 2 point conversion and things may have gone differently, but that's still 3 points that they didn't get).
