This doesn't matter. Historically the Steelers find high end talent in round 1. Doesn't have to be top 10. Good drafting teams don't need a high pick to find good talent.

Aside from a handful of very good-to-elite players, especially on D, the Steelers just aren’t that good. Coaching is what elevates the rest, which doesn’t happen for this team.
