I believe his injury and his attitude attributed to him sliding in the draft. Ben was also an immature douchebag so I wouldn’t say he’s a beaming example of a good attitude either. That would be like me saying Pickens should act like Mayfield or Manzel…those guys are immature idiots too. Yes we are the snowflakes even though you get offended by people criticizing professional athletes. Do I know for 100% certainty that Pickens will turn into a diva? Of course not… but when one of the first things out of a guys mouth is “I’m open 90% of the time” it’s going to raise a red flag to me. Regardless of certain factors. Also, I’m not even a Steeler fan so I have zero PTSD about past diva receivers
So being a non-Steelers fan you wouldn't know that he has been nothing but a hard worker and hasn't said anything remotely considered controversial or selfish. Out of all of our WRs, he is already the best blocker, that would say to me he works hard even when the ball isn't coming to him.

I am someone who calls it like I see it and call out Steelers players/coaches/management when I see fit.

One of his first quotes was “I’m open 90% of the time.” That’s a direct quote… that’s not controversial or selfish?

By the way for people talking about how that quote is him being confident and how because he’s the Steelers best receiver and he doesn’t need as much separation as guys like DJ and Claypool, that in no way means he’s open as much as he thinks he is… there are maybe 3 receivers ever who could say that and have it actually be true… and George Pickens isn’t and won’t ever be on their level

Okay, thanks for clearing that up for us.

Watt's position and his level of skill makes a healing torn pec a very dangerous thing.

Every time he gets held I am going to wince.

Hope you'll recover from being so offended by a receiver who thinks he's open.

My god lol.
I’m not offended. Everyone else seems to be getting offended by people saying a receiver who was criticized for being immature could potentially turn into a problem down the road. Because again the Steelers don’t have a history of letting receivers turn into problems or anything like that

If the doctors cleared Watt and say he’s not at risk, then it’s not stupid.

...especially when the team's season is hanging on by a thread.

Because we all know, team doctors have never been known to rush key players back ...

Torn pecs end careers of front 7 defensive players.

All hands on deck! Every one need to lay their careers on the line for all for the Never Had a Losing season campaign. That's what this organization takes precedence in.

Kind of silly for Watt to come back when there is a bye week coming up.

What exactly is he coming back for anyway?

This team is rebuilding and the sooner Tomlin and Rooney accept that, the better off the future of this team will be.

Even the players are admitting it, so time for the fantasy land shit to end.

You are though! Mike Tomlin is the reason those issues turned into what they did.

0 accountability and he thinks he's one of the boys.

I have never understood why receivers get a rep for being divas when per capita starting qb's are the biggest drama queens. There are 4 or 5 wr's on a team but just 1 starting qb.

Imagine being an NFL-caliber starting qb. Your whole life from pop warner until your early 40's people will unrelentingly kiss your ass.

Ben dragged his teammates on his radio show. Rodgers drags his teammates on McAfee's show. Brady consistently screams at his teammates and smashes shit on the sidelines.

It is like the god complex some doctors get but worse as at least the doctors perform an essential service to society.

The manager gets to be more demanding than his employees due to pressure and responsibility. A fairly basic hierarchical structure. If you don't think the QB is higher on the totem pole you're lying to yourself.

Who answers the questions after a loss? The starting QB who touches the ball every play or a receiver?

To make your point even worse you mentioned 3 first ballot hall of fame, Superbowl-winning QBs, of course they're going to be demanding. They're the most successful, talented, and likely most perfectionist players to ever play the game.
