I’m a Pickett fan, just pointing out how brutal this season has been.
As of today, I'm using our Top 5 pick on a QB.

look at Mr. Optimist over hereYeah I agree. Pickett's NFL ready but he's still a rookie, and he's surrounded by a comically flawed team in just all aspects in the game.
This team is going to go 4-13 this year, even if Pickett plays well.

I absolutely think you have to consider it, regardless. As of today, I'm using our Top 5 pick on a QB.
Yeah, he’s not accurate but doesn’t it matter when no Steeler is within 7 yards of a WREvery ball Tua throws is high.
If it’s a substantially better, superstar type prospect I think there’s a discussion at the least. Kenny is a solid QB but he probably won’t be anything more than a Cousins if he’s lucky. Why though?
This team is so flawed. Why rush to take a QB instead of addressing the dozens of issues throughout the rest of the roster?
This team isn't a top QB away from contending. They need to revamp basically everything on their roster.

Because Pickett isn't the guy, and you have a chance to get the guy.Why though?
This isn't really super relevant to Pickett, I just don't see the thought process there. If you take a QB again next year, you're literally in the same spot as you are now. Still a comically flawed team with a young QB who won't be able to carry it.
I just don't see the purpose of that. Doing that indirectly just scapegoats Pickett for the team just being a bad team, only to gamble on another rookie somehow doing better with this shitshow.

Note: it's early still.
Tampa is atrocious and the Bengals bungled. How did this team win two games?
You can fire Canada. It will happen at the end of the year as the Steelers pretend to do something. But Tomlin won't be fired.
And Rooney can't be fired.
So expect more of the same in com8ng years.
If you have a chance to draft an elite franchise QB it’s probably a good idea to take it. Now the question to me would be “are any of those guys elite franchise QB’s?” Which I think is a pretty fair question to askWhy though?

I answered above already.Why though?

And you're saying this because of 2 games when the team is downright shit?
Yeah, that's not a comical overreaction or anything.
