11-20-10 if you exclude the start they had to last season. terrible

Almost as many OT losses as wins. This is what I'm talking about. PATHETIC.

4 games in a row we score first, we lose all 4.

Winnipeg is up next. They were blown out of their building tonight by Dallas.

Another BAD team that we have a recent history of making look like the 1980s Oilers.

The only solace I have with all these losses is, it's only one more loss closer to the firing of this bald headed, crater faced idiot, with 2000 PSI of plain air in his skull.

Then again, if Stevens is the coach, interim or not, I would not be happy at all.

He's created this loser culture and mentality here. It's okay to play for a point. When they got a point it becomes, it's okay to play for the shootout.

38 OT's since this guy came here, only 10 have ended in OT.

There is no chance in hell Stevens would be the interim. The entire staff should probably get there walking papers along with Pete.

Just terrible. Breaks my heart that Scott Stevens is part of this train wreck too.

Before we get out the violins for Scott, who is to say that he wasn't basically being a Yes-man for Pete, especially when it came to Volchenkov Playing AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN when he should've been benched long ago?

I think the entire Coaching staff deserves to take the fall because in some way, they ALL blew it. Pete was just the Ring-leader of this circus.

Robinson controlled the D when he was here. why would Pete take over the D once Stevens gets hired?

Honestly, the best shot I think they have in the next few games is against the Rangers. And even then, I don't have any confidence

im in favor of this now as well. if you hear pete's postgame comments always, he has some sort of sugar coating on every loss. that combined with his pitiful personnel decisions should spell bye-bye. like someone else said, that's the only solace in all that is happening right now.

Well then....Stevens is to blame for the Crappy 'D'.

There's no other way to sugar-coat it.

Stevens as a Player was a Legend.

Stevens as an Assistant Coach......Not so much, apparently.

Its amazing people took this long to figure this out. Its not a coincidence that the breakdowns and turnovers started after Robinson left. I was never a fan of the Stevens hire to begin with because I never thought he had the coaching experience to step behind the bench and unfortunately it looks like I'm right.

Someone needs to have the balls to tell Volchenkov to have a ****in seat. PERIOD.

Whether it's Lou, Pete, Stevens, someone needs to get him the **** out of the lineup.

Next thing is you get that bozo Harrold out of the lineup every night. He's not an everyday player. He looked like a moron out there tonight.

Stevens may be responsible for the crappy 'D' but Pete is the Head Coach who SHOULD HAVE sat Volch and played FAYNE.

Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if Scott said he'd rather have Volch in there.... This just isn't working...

no it really isn't.

He is making the wrong lineup decisions and the defensive zone play is comical.

i think a lot of it is on Stevens too.

I disagree, it's not the greatest roster of all time but there's a lot of people who would have this team sitting on at least 6 points at this point. The roster decisions are Pejorative Slured and its shown in the results. I 'm ready for him to be gone.

no it really isn't. This should be a team on the borderline of the playoffs not winless.

There is no reason why this team should be winless in it's first five games.
compare this blueline to our 03 team, or even our 04/05/06 teams, it's like comparing an nhl team to an ahl team
Bryce Salvador - Marek Zidlicky
Andy Greene - Adam Larsson
Anton Volchenkov - Peter Harrold

add the fact that we have no 1st line players

Lou ****ed up

I don't understand how people can blame Pete and be ok with this roster, imo this is the worst team we've had in 20 years and firing the coach would do diddle squat

compare it to the 11/12 team that nearly won the Cup. same thing basically. and they are playing MUCH worse and SITTING one of the best guys.

the 03 team had Hall of Famers and other very good players. if you continue to compare things to that you are NEVER going to be satisfied.

Who is available that's a better option though? At this point about the only guy I want behind the bench is Lemaire. Losing Robinson really hurts too.
