Olivier Crête-Belzile has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma.

He was diagnosed in January, but he was healthy enough to continue playing while being closely monitored. They didn't make it public then because he wanted the focus to be on the team and not on him. Today, they went public with it.

19 years old kid.

The good news is that it's a type of cancer with a good survival rate. Lemieux and Koivu can attest to that.

Well they did finish last that season. Edmonton just got lucky during the lottery. And then the lottery rules changed the next season.
