FTWD season finale...

giphy.gif

Here's to hoping Season 2 is better. Show started off fairly strong but just tailed off.

Good news is TWD returns next Sunday night! :yo:

I thought the opposite, started of weak, stayed weak then the last episode there was life. But that ending, how convenient the old spice guy pulls a boat out of his ass. Hope it's nuclear or that idea won't last long.

I'm fighting a cold since returning from Frozen Fury. I blame ADT and the Avs fans.

Nope, I've been here in Cali over the past weekend.

By the way, which of these chimpanzees is you, Mitchnesses? Sarcasm intended on this line.

By the way, get well soon on that cold, have plenty of fluids, citruses, and electrolytes, Mitchnesses.

PPS: Please, Mitchnesses, for the love of God, stay at home instead having other people catch your cold, as if they'd "catch a grenade for ya."

Selfie sticks have taken it to a new level. I had some guy whack me in the head the other day with one while attempting to take a perfect shot. I've never had a stronger desire to stick something up someone's ass in my life. Phone end first.

Be sure to set the timer on the camera first.

Nah, I liked that. It's been a well discussed concept for many zombie movie enthusiasts and I'm interested in seeing how it plays out. Obviously it won't last long, a series based on a boat full of non-zombies would sink, but I'm glad they are taking a look at it.

Overall I think the writers took advantage of the success of TWD to put out a slower FTWD knowing that it can be as boring as stamp collection and it'll still be watched. I assume the goal was on character development since only a few people who have been in the show have actually died, none actually turning outside of that one neighbor who ate their dog.

It's similar to how laggy Season 2 of TWD was, little action and lots of emphasis on back stories. Hopefully they got it mostly out of the way so they can amp up the action in Season 2 of FTWD.

I was saying from the beginning that TWD did not hit its stride until 3rd season in, I think the same of FTWD. It was going to be a slow burn until it hits its stride.

What was with the pan out over the ocean? Was there something there I missed?

Correct choice for second car:

Pretty fuel efficient too, depending on what motor you use. Something like a 2 liter in a 1400lb car is gonna do better MPG then a lot of stuff (don't be an ******* and point out the fuel lost to being a flying brick)

As an alternative, I would be willing to accept
GMC_Safari_--_09-17-2010.jpg

Some form of 4wd Safari w/kitchen setup, couch/bed and flatscreen TV mounted into the side interior body panels.
Not as sporty though.
