shrinkflation aside, what kind of coffee comes in a tub?
Probably the great majority of coffee consumed in North America. Folger's, Maxwell House, Nabob, etc. Plus damn near anything you drink at work unless you're a white collar worker and maybe even if you are.

Incidentally, I believe coffee is the 2nd-highest-valued traded commodity on earth after petroleum. It's like the Axis won WW2 and everyone's handed amphetamines on their way to work, except it's a tasty beverage so no one really notices how pervasive it is. I don't even remember people drinking 3-4 cups of coffee a day 10 years ago.
