Generally 9 to 12 degree highs (celsius), 4 to -1 degree lows. A fair amount of rain, which is what I'd be worried about staging the game in March.

Tell them you'll work 30-38 hrs. per week for 2 all day passes weekly for your days off and all you can eat mini donuts every day.
