What's going on?

Some switch problem in the Metrotown area, so there's no trains between Royal Oak and 29th Avenue.

Here was my journey from Surrey -

- On at Scott Road
- Off at Edmonds
- Shuttle train to Royal Oak
- Downstairs to wait for bus service to start up to get to 29th Avenue
- Shuttle train to Nanaimo
- Switch to regular train to Stadium

yeesh...

What is missing is life, you may be overthinking it a tad with the "soul" stuff.

And yeah that whole episode is truly disgusting, not Pauser "if we sign Kristian Huselius I will vomit uncontrollably" disgusting.

Trees have "Life" and Humans have "Life" but there is something different in Humans, that seems to be impossible to manufacture.

Only 100mm?, that cannot be right, all that from 100mm? No

A little late...
But it was because the rain storm was very localized.
When they put it on a map...
The heaviest rain all fell in around Downtown Toronto.

When 100mm is that localized...
The system cannot take it.
From the news reports...
I have seen one or two manholes became geysers...
Which was really surreal...
And really showed how much water fell.

If there's a part of the world that is more atheist than theist, I haven't heard of it. Though BC is pretty good about that. Just don't go to Bountiful. Damn mormons. just kidding.

That is an extreme sect of Mormonism...
Which most Mormons today do not practice.
It is also one of most blatant loophole in legal history.

East Germany is mostly atheist apparently :dunno:

however I was meaning more subcultures, young adults in university for example, I would guess are mostly atheist I would guess. Or people at a lady gaga concert :sarcasm:

However I will move on since someone will come in here and start a flaming If we keep up this topic.

Us atheists have it pretty damn good out here. Much better being atheist in an area with a mixture of lots of different faiths than in an area where every theist practices the same the religion.

As a philosopher in hobby, I don't mind discussing religion. Just when it is taken as an emotional battle and not a logical one is when it gets ugly. For example, I have no problem with a person's belief that consummation of a marriage before marriage is wrong (if you catch my drift) it's when you impose your beliefs on others what I find wrong. You can believe in whatever, as long as you don't impose your religious beliefs on others.

Philosophy question, removing religion from the equation...

What do you mean by "impose your _______ beliefs on others" ??
I ask this question as I would like you discuss this in relation to freedom of speech.
I have a genuine interest in others world views.

Dont answer if you think it none of my business BTW

Reverend can probably answer it better...
But I think he was referring to people who uses religious teachings...
To put down...
Or straight out reject...
What other people believe in...
And at the same time...
Try to convert others to their belief.

The best example I can think of is probably same sex marriage...
And some right wing Christians' statements...
And actions towards it...
In the States.
