Why is he going to bother? Because thats the way it works buddy. If you you want to take runs at players you have to be aware of the consequences
MacDermid can drop his gloves and take the instigator if it's so important to them.

Clean hits are clean hits. Sorry not everything goes according to your fanfic. That said, hold tight, lots of game left.

Just because the dummy at league office didn’t suspend him doesn’t mean it was a clean hit

Any opportunity to get Macdiarmid on the ice is advantage NYR. He’s awful.
Like rempe is not getting caved in when he is out ther

Hahaha literally no reason he should fight a guy in a 0-0 game the Rangers are outplaying the opponent in. Clueless take. I bet they end up going but no reason Rempe needs to answer the bell for a clean hit that happened when this goon wasnt even on the team.

Actually... That's exactly what it means.
Really?

Because plenty of hits get penalized and players don't get suspended. Like all the time.

Boarding is a dirty hit and it can be a minor or major penalty with no supplemental discipline.

Yup. That was an elbow. That was dumb. And he will probably get suspended for a game or two. And he was having a great game.

See. Objective analysis. Try it some time.
