I gotta be honest, I lost interest in hockey fights when I started watching UFC a decade ago.

Watching two plugs throw sloppy haymakers at each other while struggling to balance on skates is pretty boring now.

I dont want fighting out of the game or anything, enough fans and players seem to feel its important. I just use it as time to grab a beer.

LOL what fight did you watch. Dela was hoping ot would end earlier. Taking Rempes legs out for a takedown while the kid tries to free his jersey is not winning a fight. I could see how both sides could claim victory but it was pickem at worst. Rempe landed more head blows. Flyer was hitting more arms and shoulders.

Great fight! That reach from Rempe makes it tough for anyone who'll test him

His reach is so wild. You saw it took Deslauriers a bit of time to figure out how to attack. You had him punching Rempe's elbow practically.

Once he realized he had to get in it was then interesting to watch him try and keep Rempe closer.

Overall, just an awesome fight with *actual* strategy in it from both men.
