Light mode literally is the best. I don’t know why you creeps like browsing the internet in dark mode.

Because dark mode puts less stress on your eyes, keeping you more alert over the course of the day and has shown to help reduce degradation of your vision over time.

Don’t think I’ve seen many mods defending this, they just have an understanding of the trial and error rebuilding the forum takes. Meanwhile taking a fairly neutral position

I do still miss the old dark mode, but I can be patient. I'll manage, and this current version is already an improvement over the version after the update, since it is a little less bright for me (more grey than white).

I am very happy that the sidebar is gone (can be hidden) now. So, for now I don't have any complaints aside from those already mentioned by multiple people.

However, there are several functions I have not used since the update, so I may yet experience some problems going forward.
